He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul S. Thompson and Jean Thompson (List); his parents-in-law, Gene and Jane Hinton; his brother-in-law Chip Morgan; and his great-niece Riley Wippel.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Thompson (Hinton); his siblings, Brad Thompson (Donna), Jan Morgan and Gail Wolfe (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Wolfe (Kellie), Kara Pluta (John), Wippel, Clark, Conrad, Schafer and McAfee.
