He was predeceased by: his father Harrison Frankin Sr.; his siblings, Dorothy, Wanda, Linda McCoy, James Ray, Tim and Harrison Jr. McCoy; his uncle Elmer; and his aunt Betty Ferrell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Hutchinson of Pritchard, Maggie McCoy Bowen of Kenova and Christy McCoy of Huntington; his nieces, Debbie Ferguson of Kenova, Michelle McCoy of Grayson, Ruthie Jean McCoy of Huntington and Mary McCoy of Chesapeake, Ohio; and his cousin Judy Rose. He is also survived by brother; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
