She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert, Nellie Cummons, Vertie and Clay Penix. She is survived by: her parents, Steven Cummons (Burgit) and Diana Erwin (Penix); her husband Matt Henry; her children, Ean Salmons, Zachary Henry and Taylor Henry; her siblings, Richie Erwin (Ashley), Regina Erwin, Racheal Davis (Aaron), Ryan Erwin, Steven Cummons and Aaron Cummons; and her pet Max. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
