He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl E. France and Ethel L. Faulkner France; his brother Edward France; his grandsons, Timothy and Thomas; his great grandchild Ryker; and his son-in-law Gary McSorley.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Gail Waugh France; and his children, Sherry McSorley, Jennifer Burchett (Lowell), Jayson France (Monica), Alicia Horn (Danny) and Mike Waugh (Pam). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and many close friends.
