He was predeceased by: his parents, Elba Ross and Geraldine Ross; and his siblings, Helen, Carol, Carl and Ida.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Jason and Joshua Ross; his stepsons, Brandon and Joshua Weber; and his siblings, Thelma Harper, Nancy Ross, Paul and Earl Ross. He is also survived by his grandchildren, and a very large extended family, many nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
