She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelley Wasmer and Ada Wasmer (Humphries); her husband William "Bill" Foster; her siblings, Joe Wasmer, Danny Wasmer, Bill Wasmer, Sandy Shelton and Loretta Galbraith; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Foster.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary, Mike and Larry Foster (JoAnne); her siblings, Ilo June Knotts, Caralee Moser, Shirley Bowman, Sue Barnett, Toni Miller and Bob Wasmer (Tish); her grandchildren, Todd Foster, Heather Van Peete, Shane Foster and Mindy Foster; and her great grandchildren, Riley Van Peete, Jonathon, Grayson and Mattie Foster.
Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations everyone is required to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing protocols.
