She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Karr and Ida Mae Karr (Stewart); her husband Dr. Louis Jindra; her siblings, Wendell, Wayne Karr and Gloria Karr Stiles; and her daughter Marsha Diane.

She is survived by: her children, Dan Nelson, Susan Nelson Ridge and Kevin Nelson (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kayla Callahan (Dylan), Meredith Kneeskern (Mitch), Payton Nelson and Tyler Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Callahan and Emily Kneeskern.
