It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Sue (Miller) Mullins of Jackson, Ohio, who passed away on November 24, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Miller and Farinda Miller (Blackburn); her husband Charles E. Mullins; and her brother Troy Miller. She is survived by: her children, Linda Dailey (John), Jerry Mullins (Jody) of Jackson, Ohio, Jeffrey Mullins (Leslie) of Jackson, Ohio, Erik Mullins (Amy) of Jackson, Ohio and Michael Mullins (Kim) of Morehead, Kentucky.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
