J, Michael Husek (Jaymie), Cody Husek (Stevie), Jordan Husek, Payton Husek-Baker, Izabella Husek-Baker, Tyler Cash, Sara Cash, Devon Cash and Cassandra Z.; his great grandchildren, Alex Sirback, Aiden Sirback and Trevor Wilson; and his siblings, Kathy Henderson (Bill), Bill Fisher and Cheryl Sickles.
