She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland Dill and Dorothy Kohlhoff (Blyar); her husband Delman R. Shafer; and her siblings, Edith Bricker and Ronald Dill.

She is survived by: her daughters, Claudia Schwab (Jim) and Melissa Urban (Michael); and her grandchildren, Heather Poston (Paul) and Jason Schwab (Lauren).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jacob Lutheran Church.
