He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Coyan and Nellie Blanch Hayth Coyan; his children, Bryan E. Coyan and Rachel E. Coyan Tripp; and his siblings, William R. (Buddy), Norman L., James E., Steven L., Virginia H. Law, Bernice J. Fisher, Alpharetta McLaughlin, Shirley A. Jones and Saundra F. Coyan.
He is survived by: his son Aaron Scott Coyan; his daughter-in-law Alice Fort Coyan; his grandchildren, Colleen E. Coyan of Chillicothe and Dakota R. Coyan of Wellston; and his brothers, Carl A. Coyan of Powell, Gary L. Coyan and Michael R. Coyan (Julia) of Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Per the CDC guidelines and at the request of the family, all people attending Tom's memorial service, will be required to wear a mask.
