He is survived by: his wife Elsie Rouse (Swaney); his children, Andrew Rouse (Dana), Christi Williams (Todd) and Melissa Rouse; his granddaughters, Kara Mitchell (Lance), Cassie Patton (Nick Mitchell), Haley Patton, Lyndsey Patton and Madison Rouse (Danny Oaks); and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Carson, Nolan Mitchell, Brody, Leland, Lincoln Mitchell and Noah Kirkendall.
