He was predeceased by: his parent Alma Rowley; and his brother Richard "Ricky" Jeffers. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Jeffers of Jackson, Buddy Jeffers (Angela) of Jackson, Brett Jeffers (Kari) of Jackson and Adam Jeffers (Cheyanne) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Braxton Jeffers, Teegan Jeffers, Lana Jeffers and Misha Jeffers; and his siblings, Kenny Farley (Patricia) and Beth Adkins (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests the donations in Bill's name be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
