He was predeceased by: his children, Roger Wayne Pierce and Barbara Kay Pierce; his siblings, Otis "Shorty" Pierce, Howard "Happy" Pierce, Rodney Pierce, Gladys Jones, Lucy Best, Alice Callison, Florence Duncan, Nellie, Emma and Frances; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Duncan, Mitchell Stanley, Don Jones and Lurlene Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Pierce (Wisecup); his sisters, Rhea Price, Jean Duncan and Ina Stanley; his close friends, Rose, Fred Roe, Roger Roe, Jason, Kelly Campbell and Barry Roe (Melissa Trago); Kohen, Conner, Ezra and Edison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Homer's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
