He was predeceased by : his parents, Chelsea Stoops and Bess Stoops (Murphy); his wife Nancy C. Funk Stoops; and his siblings, Helen Rudduck and Gene Stoops.
He is survived by : his great grandchildren, Gage and Jozie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
