He is survived by : his parents, Judy Fields, (King) of Jamestown and Warren J. Fields, Sr.; his siblings, Linda Allen of Xenia and Jay Fields of Jamestown; his nephews, Kyle, Jacob and Jesse Allen; and his great-nephews, Maverick and Gage. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
