He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Kovach and Rose Kovach (Kolar); and his sisters, Elaine Gazzola and Dorothy Kaminski. He is survived by : his children, Kenneth Kovach (Barbara), Karen Kovach and Kris Velliquette (Eric); his grandchildren, Connor, Katie Kovach, Trinity, Grace and Faith Velliquette; and his partner's daughter Heather.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph Church in Jefferson, Ohio.
