She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Shelton Beatty, Sr. and Alberta Glenn Patterson Beatty; her husband Patrick "Pat" Smith; and her brother Fred S. Beatty, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Patrick "Pete" Smith, II (Christina Cain) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Nazareth "Naz" Smith (Judith Jett) of Jewett, Tylor Smith (Summer) of Carrollton, Brandon Antonio of Canton, Kierra Flaherty (Cody) of Canton, Malaysia Smith (Kenny Spicer) of Carrollton and Sirinity Smith of Mechanicstown; and her siblings, John Beatty of Nevada, Jerry Beatty of Florida and Debbie Decker (Les) of Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
