He is survived by: his wife Jolene Mago (Demmel); his daughter Heather Mago; his parents, Merle Mago and Marlene Mago; his siblings, Melanie Johnson of Austin and Scott Mago of North Olmsted; his aunts, Nancy Kuebel and Alice Mago; his uncle Terry Bentivegna; Scott Johnson of Austin and Lori Mago of North Olmsted. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome Research, through Curingenetics.org.
