She is survived by: her children, Dave Shirey (Vici), Dan Shirey (Tammie), Steve Shirey (Karen) and Brenda Shirey; her grandchildren, Brian Shirey, Sandy Russ, Chelsea Westfall, Jacob Westfall, Angie Finch and Hannah Shirey; and her great grandchildren, Aleah Sloan, Adam Haag, Harland Russ, Veda Russ, Nicole Shirey, Brayden Finch, Charlie Finch and Averie Finch.
She faced Alzheimer's disease with quiet strength over the past several years, and though it gradually took her vitality, her spirit remained deeply loved and cherished.
