He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Shepherd and May Shepherd (Brown); his grandchildren, Jade Nichols and Austin Shepherd; and his sisters, Kathleen Richey, Eulah Molk and Bonnie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Parrott; his children, Craig Shepherd (Kathy) of Kenton, Peg Nichols Kidwell of Kenton and Todd Shepherd of Alger; his grandchildren, Ashley Shepherd, Tyler Shepherd (Peyton), Chase Nichols, Tia Nichols and Brittany Shepherd; his great grandchild Oakley Austin; his sister Carol Dodds of Kenton; and also Lloyd of Ada. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
