He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fish and Twila Fish (McKinley); his wife Chris; and his father-in-law James Oates. He is survived by: his former wife Christine J. Oates; his daughter Rachel R. Lindvig (Jake); his siblings, Ken, Dan, Hope, Jack, Betty, Karen, Steve, Judy, Jeff, Sharon and Laura; and his mother-in-law Sonja Oates (Denise Althauser). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
