He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Clark and Nora Clark (Robinson); and his siblings, Larry, Gary, Richard, Bill Clark and Mary Lou Cowen.

He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Gillen; his sons, Bob Clark (Jandee Furr) of Kenton and Tim Clark (Sonja) of Upper Sandusky; his stepson Tim Ervin (Missy) of Kenton; and his siblings, Jack Clark (Charlotte) of Lima, Dorothy Cooper of Kenton, Linda Richardson (Mike) of Kenton, Judy Ward (Dan) of Kenton, Betty Wireman of Kenton and Sandy Star of Delaware, Ohio.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
