He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Murphy and Hope Murphy (Haines); his son Tommy Murphy; and his brother Ken. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Fancher); and his children, Tammy Arzberger of Middleburg, Kim Sherwood of Kenton, Casey of Kenton and Wesley Sherwood of Kenton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
