He was predeceased by : his parents, Emory W. Carper and Ruth Carper (Thomas); and his brothers, Emory Neal Carper, Howard Carper, Russell "Skip" Carper and Lee Carper.
He is survived by : his wife Pastor Carolyn "Carol" Carper (Duvall); his children, Frank "Butch" Carper Jr. (Theresa) of McArthur, Carol "Susie" Schrader (Charles) of Chillicothe and Barb Carper (Jimmy Pendleton) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Justin Schrader, Charlie Schrader, Chad Baldwin, Kelly Carper (TJ Hall), Mark Carper (Ashliegh), Kiera Carper, Annie Hamm (Eric Lloyd), Laura Hamm (Daniel Kassulke) and Frank Calu (Ashleigh); his great grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler, Aubrey, Brayden, Austin, Hunter, MacKenzie, Skylar, Nevaha, Alejiah, Jade, Iven, Harlan, Bay and Achilles; and his sister Ruth Ellen Platt (Raymond) of Kingston. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Due to pandemic precautions, there will be no public funeral services.
