She is survived by: her parents, Fred Wagner and Elva Wagner (Waites); her husband Mark Watson; her children, Tammy Sue Phillips and Jennifer Wilbanks (Michael); and her siblings, Joe, John, Fred, Melvin, George, Arlene Wagner and Evelyn Harber (Dave). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
