With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kelly Ann Raines (Kirkersville, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 55. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William, Alice Sherbourne, Nile and Mary Church; and her stepfather Wayne Isaacs.
She is survived by: her parents, David Church (Christine) and Elaine Isaacs (Sherbourne); her daughters, Brooke Raines (Rob) and Madison Church (Clayton); her siblings, Kim McMunn (Jeanna), Karla Thurston (Jeff) and Chad Isaacs (Megan); and her close friends, Larry Roark and Ralph Schwob. She is also survived by her aunt, uncle, several nieces and nephews.
