She is survived by: her parent Mary Tkacik Hudimac; her husband Chester Burlenski, Jr. (Bob); her sons, Bob Burlenski (Tammy) of Adena and Ed Burlenski of St. Clairsville; and her granddaughters, Monica Mann (Christin) of Pataskala, Mara Bowman (Dee) of Canton and Alyssa Arraujo of Pataskala.
