She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Fagan and Helen McMillen Fagan; and her siblings, Margaret Ramsey, Jeanne LaFever and Edward Fagan.
She is survived by: her husband Francis E. "Shorty" Wehr, Sr.; her children, Robert C. Richards, Francis E. Wehr (Shannon) and Jennifer K. Miller (Doug); her grandchildren, Waytt Wehr, Lily Runyan, Kimberly Wehr, Zacc Coleman and Anastasia Coleman; and her great grandchildren, Anabella, Payton, Adrian and Penny. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
