Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kassidy Elizabeth Phillips Hughes of Lafferty, Ohio, born in Glen Dale, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 20, on June 29, 2020. She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Albert Phillips and Lewis Nida. She is survived by: her parents, Albert "Ed" Phillips (Melissa) and Amy Hughes; her grandparents, Carol Nida, Paul Rine (Debra) and Darlene Beyser Ralbovsky; and her brothers, Dusty Phillips (Jessica), Cory Phillips (Kaitlin) and Dakota Barrett. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be recommended during a visitation on Thursday from 2 p. m. - 4 p. m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
