She was predeceased by : her parents, Sydney Ramsey and Bertha Ramsey (Booth); her husband Edward Pennoyer; her daughter Sheila Pennington; and her grandson Steve Murray.

She is survived by : her children, Sherrilee Reeder of LaGrange and Frederick A. Bliss of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Jack, Jill Murray, Carrie O'Boyle and Shane A. Bliss; her great grandchildren, Brohden, Brason, Ashley, Brandon and Willow; and her great great grandchild Elijah.
