He was predeceased by : his parents, Hank Scrivens and Lois Scrivens. He is survived by : his wife Vikki; his sisters, Terri Quester (Dave) and Cheri Felton (Doug); his nephews, Brian, Bradley, Brandon, Paul and Matt Felton; and his niece Rachel Quester.
