He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Milburn and Virginia Milburn; and his brother Michael Milburn. He is survived by: his wife June; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Jason Parsons; his stepchildren, Joan Phillips (Allen), Oley and Jonathan Rose; his grandsons, AJ Wallace (Paige) and Mason (Marissa Lee); his stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth, Christy, Isaiah Phillips and Jacob Rose; his great grandchildren, Coy, Cru, Cove Wallace, Henry, Luca, Cybele and Silas Rose; and his brothers, Dan Milburn (Peggy) and Doug Milburn (Maggie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Omat Elyria Four Square Church (458 Concord Ave, Elyria, OH 44035).
