Truxall of Lagrange, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, Rochelle N. "Shelly" Helms of Elyria, Carol L. Aldridge (Nicholas) of Elyria and Jackson A. Helms IV (Sara) of Gainesville, FL.; and her siblings, Michelle L. Smith (Arthur) of Chesterfield, MI., Faith M. Rutledge (Rick) of Elyria, Donald R. Mascol Jr. (Deanna) of Velva, ND, Kevin P. Mascol of Boise, ID., Matthew A. Mascol of Coeur and Peter W. Mascol (Amber) of Elyria. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
