She was predeceased by : her parents, LaDonna Conklin and Charles Conklin. She is survived by : her husband Joe Kolenda; her children, Anthony Logan (Lynne Logan), Regina Logan-Chuha (Jenny Chuha) and Angie Matotek (Scott); her grandchildren, Chris, Baxter and Everest; and her sisters, Debbie Auble and Karen Stemple (Mike).

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to please make donations in their name to the Norton-Eastman Funeral Home in Wellington.
