Bolek (Lagrange, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Jamie; his children, Aubrey Cindia and Grady Bolek; his mother Beth Gramp of North Ridgeville; his stepfather Nick Gramp Sr. of North Royalton; his father Russell Bolek of Lodi; his brothers, Nick Gramp (Stacy) of North Ridgeville and Sean Bolek of North Ridgeville; and his stepsister Heather Bolek.
