He is survived by : his wife Terry; his children, Jason Conrad of Clinton, WA, John (Chelsea Costello) of Clinton, WA and Kara West (David) of Cornersburg; his granddaughter Ellie Ann of Clinton, WA; his siblings, Robert Conrad of Lake Milton, Kathryn Young of Ellsworth, Melissa Rickey (Ike) of Canton, Mary Hise (Tim) of Cocoa, FL and Melissa Barnes of Newton Falls; his stepmother Marie Conrad of Rittman; his parent-in-law Edward Millich of Lake Milton; and also Patricia Millich of Lake Milton.
