It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Petkovic of Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Maria farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Maria is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Blagoje Petkovic and Gerda Petkovic; and her brothers, Peter Petkovic and Michael Petkovic.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zeis-McGreevey Funeral Home (16105 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
