She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. "Jack" O'Brien and Eleanor O'Brien (Volin); her husband Carl R. Klein; her stepmother Dorothy "Dot" Hoyne-O'Brien; and her siblings, John D. O'Brien, Maureen O'Brien, Jane Hosty, Mary Tee Hoyne and Nancy McGuire.
She is survived by: her sons, John Scott Klein (Donna) of Lakewood and Daniel Klein of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Molly, Mike and Tommy; her siblings, Mike O'Brien (Jane), Tommy O'Brien (Sharon), Terry O'Brien (Kay), Danny O'Brien (Colleen), Patty Hall (Jim), Kathy Smith (Joe) and Maureen Patten (Dave); and her siblings-in-law, Mary O'Brien and Bill McGuire.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foos & Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (231 E Center St, Bellevue, OH 44811).
