She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Whitten and Eula Whitten; her husband Harry C. Swingle; and her siblings, Marion, Raymond, Forest Whitten and Kathryn Kunz.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy MacMillan (Dave), Rodney Swingle (Dee), Randy Swingle (Debra) and Andy Swingle; and her sister Barbara Miller. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family encourages memorial contributions to the Pickering House in Lancaster.
