He was predeceased by: his parents, David Raymond "Ray" Carmichael and Melba Vercoe "Red" Carmichael; his wife Wanda Jenkins Carmichael; and his brother David Morgan "Mike" Carmichael. He is survived by: his sons, Owen Carmichael (Tamara Rivera) of Lakewood and Willy Perez of Circleville; his granddaughters, Isabella Carmichael, Mary Kneice and Megan Reeves; his great grandchildren, Hayden Perez, Conner Kneice, Aubree Reeves, Will Reeves and Oakleigh Reeves; and his sisters, Daire Miner of Albany and Jorae Smith (Jim) of The Plains. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home for expenses.
