He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalie "Nana" Jean Fish and Donald "Bumpa" James Regan Sr.; and his stepson Jesse Whitlatch. He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Regan (Katie) and Matthew Regan (Tori Miller); his grandchildren, Colin and Emma Regan; his siblings, Sandy Kosterman (Charlie) and Richard Regan (Denise Perrotta); and his pets, Marley, Duchess, Corky and Buttercup. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, extended family members, friends.
