He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spangler and Winona Spangler (Ruffner). He is survived by: his wife Dollie J. Spangler (Strosnider); his sisters, Sue Gambill and Ann Dauterman; his children, Rhonda Latham (Steve), Krista Spangler (Jiles Powell), Kendra Dunnington, Dirk Spangler, Trina Mekus (Scott), Eric Spangler (Jeniece), Kelly Spangler and Kara Reed (Pete); his friend Leesa Hutsler; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Dunnington, Jared Spangler, Kody Powell, Aleese Spangler, Sean Spangler, Jenna Zielaznicki (Spangler), Jordan Mekus, Taylor Mekus, Devin Henry and Killian Spangler. He is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
