He was predeceased by : his wife Karen Webb; his parents, Ray Webb and Betty Webb; and his brother Terry Webb. He is survived by : his close friend Kathie Canfield; his daughters, Tammy Harmon (Steve) of Lancaster and Terrissa Evans (Tim) of Missouri; and his siblings, Larry Webb (Joyce) of Lancaster, Gary, Ronnie, Ricky, Jimmy, Deborah and Darlene. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
