Lockhart; his stepchildren, Robert "Bob" Kilbarger (Mary), Lana Zvada and Maria Kilbarger; his stepgrandchildren, Kristi Kilbarger, Cory Kilbarger (Jamie), Chad Kilbarger (Danielle) and Ben Zvada; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Corbin, Cyrus, Cedar Kilbarger, Noah and Grace Kilbarger; and his sisters, Gladys "Lucille" Peters, Evelena Pickens and Linda Ballinger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
