He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Perko and Creola Perko (Covington); and his siblings, Dick Perko, Ken "Jumbo" Perko, Harrie Perko, Kathleen DePasquale, Arleen Matusick and Timothy Perko.
He is survived by : his sons, Anthony Perko (Estella) of Jacksonville, FL and Raymond Perko (Melissa) of Palm Desert, CA; his brother Frank Perko (Mary Ann) of Wheeling; his granddaughters, Mary Catherine Perko and Alexa Perko; and his great grandchildren, Maebel and Marius. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
