He is survived by : his children, Frank Bloomquist (Tami) of Kalamazoo, MI, Jerry Bloomquist of Warren, Candy Tibbs and Louise Tibbs (Darell) of Leavittsburg; and his siblings, Darrell Tibbs of Leavittsburg, Don Tibbs of Newton Falls, Doyle Tibbs of Warren, Virginia Higinbotham of Vienna and Loretta Wilson of Newton Falls. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
