He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Grassman and Eleanora Grassman. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Doug Grassman (Elke), Dave Freese (Beth), Rick Freese (Joan), Bob Freese and Sharon Klepper (Greg); his grandchildren, Sara, Samantha, Laura, Ava, Andrew, Katie, Kara and Markus; and his siblings, Bert Grassman of Batesville, George Grassman (Yatz) of Oldenburg and Marian Beetz of Oldenburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Ray can be made to Holy Family Catholic Church.
