She was predeceased by : her parents, George W. Nelsen and Rosemary Nelsen. She is survived by : her sisters, Helen and Mary Margaret Nelsen; her husband Steve Fender; her children, George Balser, Candice Balser (Eddie) and Gina Fender Johnson; her brothers, Martin Nelsen (Barb) and Victor Nelsen (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Reynolds, Brooklyn Balser, Braylon Balser, Elahana Balser, Ian Cales, Ricky Deaton and Jake Johnson. She is also survived by many other family members, friends and neighbors.
