She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Donney and Mattie Donney (Chapman); her husband James "Jim" Cummings; and her son Larry Cummings. She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Purtell (Tom) of Leesburg and Kay Cummings of Leesburg; her granddaughters, Marie Mathais (Chris) of Cincinnati, Melanie Ross (Matt) of Owensville and Julie Rohdy (Jason) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Mara, Adam, Anna, Molly, Paul, Leah, Jillian, Jenna and Jake; and her nephews, Jim Simpson (Bev) and Steve Simpson.
